Yes, JSL does ship its products to both East and West Malaysia. Shipping charges vary depending on the dimensions or weight of the items.
At this time, we are only able to process and ship orders within Malaysia through our website. However, if you are interested in our products and wish to have them shipped internationally, please send an email to [email protected] to make a request. Please note that any additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an order confirmation email containing a tracking number. With this number, you can easily track your parcel’s delivery status. You can track your order here by keying in your tracking number.
Orders will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the order and shipped out between 9am – 6pm from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Regrettably, it is not possible to modify the shipping address once your order has been confirmed. Prior to placing your order, please check for any input errors. If you notice any errors, please correct them before placing your order. We advise you to provide a complete and accurate delivery address before confirming your order.
