At JSL, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that there may be instances where a customer may wish to cancel their order and request a refund or exchange. Our Refund Policy applies to all orders purchased on our website and is subject to the following conditions:
Refund Eligibility
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and unmarked.
- All sales, bundles, and promotional items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
- JSL reserves the right to approve or reject a refund request on a case-by-case basis.

Defective Or Damaged Products
For products purchased on our website in Malaysia, exceptions for exchange are only allowed for defective or damaged products. If you believe your product is defective, please contact JSL Customer Service at 03-80664309 or whatsapp at 012-4318880 or email us at [email protected]. We reserve the right to test the product to determine its defectiveness. The following terms and conditions apply for returns of defective products:
- The product must be tested for functionality within 14 days of receipt, and any usage of the product will nullify the return and exchange policy.
- The product and packaging must be in their original condition, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Products purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
- Products that have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable are not eligible for return.
- Return shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
Please note that this return policy only applies to products purchased through our website and does not include products that are stated to be non-returnable/non-refundable (e.g. personalized products). Returns for products purchased through any of our online or offline retail partners cannot be accepted online.
