Shipping & Delivery Policy

At JSL Trading Sdn Bhd, we understand that receiving your order in a timely and satisfactory manner is important to you. That is why we are dedicated to providing our customers with fast and reliable shipping services.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 working days. We do not process or deliver orders on Saturday, Sundays and Malaysian Public Holidays. Any orders placed during these days will be processed on the next business day. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected.

1. Where Does JSL Ship To?

We ship within Malaysia. For international shipping, you may email us at [email protected]

2. How Much Is The Shipping Cost?

Shipping fees are based on the dimension or weight of your order and the shipping option selected. The shipping fee will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order. Our products are shipped out from Puchong,Selangor and it typically will be delivered within: 

  • 7 working days for Peninsular Malaysia 
  • 21 working days for Sabah and Sarawak 
  • Upon request only for Worldwide

3. When Will My Order Be Shipped?

All our JSL products are ready stock and we ship out within 3 working days. You will get a shipment and tracking notification email as soon as your parcel is on its way. If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, kindly contact the courier service provider with the tracking ID provided or speak to our friendly JSL customers service for assistance.

4. I Need The Order Fast, Can I Pick It Up From You?

Yes, items are available for pick up at our office at 11A, Jalan TPP 5/5, Taman Perindustrian Puchong 5 & 6, 47100 Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia from Monday to Friday between 9am – 6pm. When you place your order, leave a note at checkout cart stating that you would like to pick up your order personally. We will contact you via email/Whatsapp once your items are ready for pick up.

5. Why Is The Tracking Number Not Showing Up On The System?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the shipping carrier’s website. You can track your order here by keying in your tracking number.

Courier companies usually take up to 24 – 48 hours to update and reflect the tracking status. So not to worry if you do not see the delivery status on the first day of shipping. However if you have difficulty tracking down your parcel, kindly contact us for assistance. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the shipping carrier’s website.

6. When Will My Order Be Delivered?

Our shipping carrier will make every effort to deliver your order to the shipping address provided during the checkout process. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the carrier may leave a notice indicating that they attempted delivery and will reattempt delivery on the next business day.

7. What should I do if my order arrives damaged, if items are missing, or if I receive the wrong order?

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items or is incorrect, please email [email protected] within 3 days of receiving it with your invoice number and evidence. We’ll be happy to assist.
